Development of the Data Centre and Cloud Infrastructure in Sri Lanka – Request for Information (RFI)
The request for information for the development of data centre and cloud infrastructure invite, qualified investors, developers and operators to submit concept information on establishing large scale Data Centre and AI ready infrastructure in Sri Lanka.
This investment initiative seeks to establish sovereign Data Centre and Cloud Infrastructure to support high performance computing, artificial intelligence workload and national digital services.
The notification and the Request for Information form provides guidelines as well as the investment framework. Responses to the RFI should be submitted no later than 1500 hrs (Sri Lanka Time) on 8 January 2026.
