Entry Visa

The applicant should visit the Embassy or Honary Consul in Ho Chi Minh City (applicants in Southern Viet Nam) in order to submit the application. The following documents must be submitted with the application for processing the Entry Visa:

1. Valid Passport and the copy of the date page of the passport

2. Duly filled Entry Visa Form – Form B

3. Two Passport size photographs (4 cm x 6 cm)

4. Relevant visa fee: 55 USD

5. Copy of the approval Fax of the Controller of Immigration and Emigration of Sri Lanka

Entry visa is valid for three months (03) from the date of issue. The applicant should report to respective Sri Lankan Overseas Mission within one month from the date of issue of the approval Fax in order to obtain Entry visa.
