Establishing connections with the Overseas Sri Lankan community
The Office for the Overseas Sri Lankan Affairs (OOSLA) was established on 22 December 2022 under the Presidential Secretariat Office. The OOSLA was established to facilitate greater connectivity and engagement between Overseas Sri Lankans (OSLs) and to function as the central coordination point for the Sri Lankan community based on categories including Tourism, Trade and Investment, Education, Research and Development, Philanthropy, Consular Affairs and Reconciliation.
