Meeting with British University Viet Nam (BUV)
Ambassador Prof.Saj U. Mendis along with the Minister Counsellor of the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Viet Nam met Mr. Christopher Jeffery, Chief Academic Officer of the British University in Viet Nam, Assoc. Professor Jason Macvaugh, Dean (Higher Education) at the premises of the British University in Viet Nam (BUV) on 11 July 2023 to discuss about the possibilities of establishing cooperation between the University in Sri Lanka and BUV through exchanging of students, academics and internships. This is in order to further strengthen and elevate academic relations betweenSri Lanka and Viet Nam, which in term would benefits the intrinsic interests, particu larly in academic sphere of Sri Lanka.
