  2. Death Certificate issued by the relevant Government Authority. This document should be certified by the consular Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the relevant Government.<\/li>\n

    1. Declaration of Death under section 30 (within three months) Download (Download<\/a>)<\/li>\n
    2. Declaration of Death under section 36 ( After three months) \u00a0Download<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    3. Birth Certificate of the deceased<\/li>\n
    4. Passport with the copies of visa pages<\/li>\n
    5. Relevant Fee (please go to the\u00a0General Consular Fees<\/a>\u00a0section)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
